How do I start with an example test?
Cram allows you to start with example tests, making it easier to get started.
- 1. Launch Cram and watch for the Welcome Screen*
- 2. Press the button next to Generate Example Test
- 3. Cram will restart with two tests and five folders including three smart folders.
- *option may need to be set in Preferences

Creating a test is a simple task.
- 1. With the desired folder highlighted select the New toolbar button.
- 2. Enter a Test Name. You may also enter an optional Description.
- 3. Choose your Test Options and press OK.
How do I create a test folder?
Folders make organizing and keeping up with tests a breeze.
- 1. Press the + button on the bottom left of the main Cram window.
- 2. Double-click the new folder name and enter your desired name.
How do I create a smart folder?
Smart Folders allow you to organize tests that fit specific criteria.
- 1. Press the gear button on the bottom left of the main Cram window.
- 2. Select New Smart Folder from the pop-up menu.
- 3. Specify the criteria of tests that will display in this folder.
How do I move a test to a different folder?
Class changes, updated syllabi, and other unexpected changes may require moving tests around.
- 1. Click on the desired test once to highlight in List View.
- 2. Drag the test to the desired folder (non-smart folder).
